Restaurant Fleur de Sel
Fleur de Sel is the crème de la crème of sea salts; and Portoroz is justly famous for its salts. Today, Fleur de Sel famously offers a making a name for itself for its fusion of wonderful food and a laid-back lifestyle. From the Italians they have learned how to make perfect pasta; from the Austrians they have learned all about meat; and the Mediterranean is their treasure trove. If you prefer, take a seat on the terrace, choose from the bowls of fresh fruits and warm dishes.

Bubbles Bar
The day has been a lazy one – a morning by the pool; an afternoon at the Rose Spa. A leisurely change of clothes, and a glass of bubbly in Bubbles. Bubbles is an aperitif bar, specialising in fine champagnes, from the excellent Taittinger Brut to the magnificent Clos du Mesnil 1996.
