Brasserie
Malmaison pride themselves on a passion for all things culinary, and the brasserie is at the heart of every Malmaison hotel. The creative chefs bring you iconic dishes that are prepared with a modern twist and served with personality. This is not your average prison food.
Dive into pastries, yoghurts, berries and fruits, freshly-squeezed juices and pots of steaming tea and coffee, succulent sausages, crispy bacon, eggs cooked all ways, hot buttered toast... this most important meal of the day is not to be missed.
With luxurious tables inside and beautiful terrace dining outside in the old prison Exercise Yard, you won't be locked away in solitary confinement!
Bar
The scene is set. You make your entrance. The outside world seems far away. You're presented with a set of choices - Martini or Mojito, Rioja or Pinot, draft or bottled? Choose wisely!
