All the protocols and safety and hygiene measures designed follow the recommendations of the WHO and have been developed in conjunction with the Preverisk Group, a leading international company in food safety, hygiene and health, in order to guarantee the best implementation of the measures and inspire in our guests the greatest possible confidence.

For an a-la-carte menu featuring signature cuisine that involves Mediterranean flavours and spice palate, guests can visit the charming poolside restaurant - the Mediterráneo Restaurant. The hotel has a Snack Bar Restaurant, which is also located near the pool with a view of the sea and is the ideal spot for a quick bite to eat or a chilled drink and snack in the shade.

 

The Mediterráneo Chill-Out Terrace and La Pineda Terrace are the perfect places to spend a relaxing day with the comfy sun loungers and seating areas positioned to provide the best view of the Mediterranean as you laze away the day. The Despacio Beauty Centre is the hotel’s modern spa where guests can completely relax their body and make use of the full services provided. This beauty centre has everything from a heated pool, to a water stream, Jacuzzi and waterbeds, a Turkish bath and a sauna.

 

To truly be pampered, guests can book in to have a massage overlooking the sea, a treatment in the treatment room or at the beauty salon, or a well-deserved hairdressing service. For the more active guests, the hotel is close to several golf courses and offers special packages for them to enjoy these facilities.

Transfers:

It may be possible to add private return transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability).

 

For inbound transfer arrangements please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly. 

Car Hire:

For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival).

 

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions. Visit your health professional at least 8 weeks before your trip to check whether you need any vaccinations or other preventive measures.

Brexit 
If you are travelling to the EU, the UK government recommends that you have six months left on your passport on the date of your arrival to an EU country. You should also check when your passport was renewed.

If you renewed a 10-year adult passport before it expired, extra months may have been added to your passport’s expiry date. These extra months over 10 years will not count towards the 6 months that must be remaining. Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please note: Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the UK Government is currently requesting that all travellers returning to the UK, (with exceptions), must provide their journey and contact details up to 48 hours before arrival, and self-isolate at home for 14 days. These restrictions will be reviewed every three weeks. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) currently advises British nationals against all but essential international travel, and this advice is also being kept under constant review. All travelers must present a negative PCR test (72h) translated in English.
