Enjoy a short driving tour of the Koutoubia Gardens, and admire the ancient ramparts surrounding the old medina. The first stop is at Jardin Majorelle, a fusion of Paris and Marrakech in gardens crafted by the French painter Louis Majorelle in the 1920s, later owned by Yves Saint Laurent. Visit the exceptional Yves Saint Laurent Museum to view the renowned collections of the famous designer.

End the day in Jamaa elfna square, the perfect spot to sip a glass of fresh juice, or try some local tea.

Wake early, just as the sun begins to peek above the horizon, ready for an unforgettable trip in a hot air balloon over sensational views of Marrakech. Travel from the hotel to the take-off point in the desert, just 35 minutes from the city, where coffee and juice await. After a quick safety briefing float 4000 feet up towards rainbow hues painted across the horizon. See the warm sun rising behind the Atlas Mountains, and soar high above lush oases, secluded Berber villages, and the terraced, irrigated fields of the Al Haouz Plain. Look carefully for caravan of clomping camels.

Back on solid ground, enjoy a delicious Moroccan breakfast, sharing stories about the wondrous things you spotted from the sky. Return to the hotel to rest.

At 7pm, head out to a romantic dinner served in the marvellous Dar Zellij Restaurant, a beautiful dwelling transformed into a high-end Moroccan restaurant. Experience true Moroccan in a spell-binding setting.

You will enjoy the "Prestige Menu" consisting of a selection of small Moroccan salads as a starter, a tagine of your choice (beef, lamb, fish or Tanja with couscous") and a delicious pastilla fruit cream or seasonal fruit.
