At Al Grano Pizzeria, wood-fired pizza takes centre stage, while Scausu Grill turns out char-grilled specialities for something heartier. The Lime Pool Bar keeps things easy between meals, with drinks and light bites served right by the pool. Please note: Breakfast is served at the buffet restaurant, with lunch and dinner available across all open restaurants under the Dine Around formula (signature dishes on à la carte menus are excluded and charged separately). Drinks are included from 09.00 am until the bars close, with snacks, including ice cream, served from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and 04.00 pm to 06.00 pm.

The main pool sits at the heart of the Borgo in Piazza Ibla, a natural gathering point framed by bars and shaded seating. Beyond it, over 3,000 square metres of private sandy beach offer loungers, shaded retreats, water sports and beach volleyball. Inland, tennis, padel and pickleball courts sit within the landscaped grounds, alongside an indoor fitness space beneath the reception building. A spa area completes the Borgo, offering a calm retreat for treatments.
