Your Destination

Overlooking the charming bay of Cala Granu, the Grand Hotel in Porto Cervo blends harmoniously with its beautiful surroundings. The hotel is surrounded by a 25,000 square metre park with its own privately equipped stretch of the beach, just 150 metres away.  Just 3 km from the hotel lies the resort of Porto Cervo.  This exclusive seaside resort town is home to many dazzling yachts and is great for celeb spotting.

Venture further afield and discover the Casa di Garibaldi and Caprera (Garibaldi’s island). The famous revolutionary, Giuseppe Garibaldi, spent the last years of his life on this pretty island. Exiled from Italy in the mid-19th century, Garibaldi planned to take Naples and Sicily with 1,000 red shirts. Regular ferries leave Palau for Caprera, where visitors can take a tour of Garibaldi’s house and the museum, which includes his homestead and his tomb. Why not also take some time to explore Sardinia's history and visit the Necropolis of Li Muri.

Your Hotel

Built in classic Sardinian architecture surrounded by lush green lawns and manicured gardens, the hotel is furnished throughout in warm and rustic style, so typical of the Costa Smeralda.  A large fresh water swimming pool equipped with sun beds and parasols, affords panoramic views of the sea. There is a hydro massage pool with sun deck. A paved path takes you to the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Granu where sunbeds and parasols are available from the local beach organisers (at local cost).  On the lawns adjacent to the beach is the Orange Beach Club (open mid June to mid September) where king size sun-beds are available (at local cost) and beach towels are complimentary.

For children there is a shallow section of the pool .  In addition, the hotel has two floodlit tennis courts, a small gym, TV room, hairdresser, an American bar and the new Orange Lounge bar. The hotel provides a mini-bus shuttle service twice daily to Porto Cervo centre, just 3kms away.

The Main Restaurant - The hotel's main restaurant, with its terrace facing the pool, is open to all guests for breakfast and dinner.

The Orange Restaurant - This cosy restaurant, with its oriental décor, is located in an elevated position enjoying panoramic views. The excellent a la carte restaurant offers fine, international cuisine, accompanied by music.

Your Time

Your Journey

Flights: are with British Airways from London Heathrow (economy class).  Luggage allowance of 23kg per person is included.

Departing London Heathrow 10:40 - Arrival Olbia 14:10
Departing Olbia 15:05 - Arrival London Heathrow 16:30

Transfers: Shared transfers are included. The transfer time from Olbia airport is approximately 40 minutes.

Please note: flight details are given as a guide only and may change. We will however notify you in advance if flights are more than 2 hours outside the time range given. Flights are non-changeable and non-refundable at time of booking.

Meet & Greet

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract

The flight inclusive offer(s) shown on this page are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Voyage Privé is acting as agent for Sardatur Holidays with ATOL number 2593 and your contract is with that company.

Travel Documents

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.

Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email. Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list and check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.
