Beyond the array of fine spas featuring treatments old and new, today’s visitors come for the shopping, dining and sporting offerings, as well.

Montecatini Terme is an ideal location to visit Tuscany. Florence is only 45 minutes by car, Lucca 20 minutes, Versilia and the Carrara marble quarries are 40 minutes away, Siena is about an hour…By car, by train or by bus…choose the perfect way to explore the area, enjoy the day and then return to your hotel and rest your feet.

The centrally located, 100-room Grand Hotel Plaza in Montecatini is a traditional building and exudes the warmth of an earlier era. It is located next to the pedestrian district, facing the town’s main square. The train station, with frequent service to Florence, is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, a terrace and garden, plus an outdoor swimming pool (weather permitting). In your air-conditioned room, you’ll find a telephone, TV (with CNN), and private bathroom with shower.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are not included but can be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee. Your transfer time is approximately 45mins / 61km

Car Hire: Can be added at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only)

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year. You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
