Imagine vistas of crystal blue waters shining silky smooth in the sun, set against plummeting alpine mountains and dotted with sleepy cobblestone villages - then you will have some idea of the Italy that will steal your heart.
Sail past the charming stone cottages, balconies resting over the blue lake waters and monasteries clinging to the lake-side rock. Wander through the narrow alleyways of the rustic villages, taste divine Italian ice cream in the secluded gardens or sit beside the lake and marvel at the jaw-dropping views set against the exotic flora.

Your Villa —
This offer is based on a 3 Bedroom Villa for up to 8 Adults on a self-catering stay. A fully equipped kitchen is provided.
The villa is located within a 5 minute drive of the lakeside and only 3 miles north of the bustling lakeside town of Luino with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Less than 5 miles from the Swiss border, the villa also provides easy access to the Swiss towns of Lugano and Locarno. Lake Como is a one hour drive and trains run direct from Luino to Milan in an hour.
You enter the property on the ground floor where there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with double sofa bed. This leads out onto a teak decked terrace with stunning lake views. Up one flight of stairs, there are 2 bedrooms - one double bedroom with private balcony with lake view and one twin bedroom with views to the countryside - as well as a modern family bathroom. Up another flight of stairs there is the fantastic master bedroom with kingsize bed. This has a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, his and her sinks and bath. There are two balconies on this floor, one with lake views and one with views to the hills.
The property is fully equipped with all the mod cons guests could wish for including 3 flatscreen TVs, Blue Ray DVD player with DVD library, BOSE docking station and XBOX games console with selection of games. There is also a brand new Nespresso coffee machine in the property. (Please note: Guests are advised to purchase their own Nespresso capsules ahead of their stay as there are very few outlets near the villa selling Nespresso products).
The owners have also gone to great lengths to make the property family friendly, providing a travel cot, highchair and pushchair all free of charge. There is also a selection of toys, board games and childrens DVDs.
The property shares three parking spaces with the neighbouring property, Villa Caruso. The driveway down to the villa is very steep. As a result, if guests prefer, they can also park on the main road at the top of the hill.

By the end of the sale on our site Voyage Privé and before your arrival, we will connect you with the agency that will be responsible to hand you the keys to your villa.
Upon arrival, someone from the agency will be responsible to welcome you and introduce you to the villa by explaining its operation. It will remain at your disposal for any additional requests during your stay. This effective professional team is at your service to make your holiday a real source of pleasure and relaxation.
Please note that we will communicate your contact details to your Host at the end of the offer in order for them to organize your arrival (key exchange, security deposit payment, rental agreement...)
