The Terme di Poseidone is the largest thermal park on the island of Ischia: highly curative thermal waters feed more than twenty pools surrounded by greenery, with temperatures ranging from 28° C to 40° C, three seawater pools for bathing and children's fun, a thermal steam grotto in the Greco-Roman tradition carved into the tuff, three "Kneipp" groups (alternating baths at 40° C/15° C) to promote blood circulation, and a cardiovascular exercise class for the lower limbs.
