Your Itinerary

During their tour, our members will follow the itinerary as seen below.

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi, enjoy a transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, complete with a complimentary dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Delhi
Following breakfast at the hotel, depart for a city tour around Delhi, visiting the Jamma Masjid, Shandni Showk in a rickshaw, the Raj Path and the majestic Door of India. To end the day, you'll have the chance to visit Qtub Minar and a Sikh temple. Transfer back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Delhi - Jaipur
Following breakfast, depart to Jaipur. On the road, stop at the Samod Palace to visit and have lunch. Upon arrival in Jaipur, visit the Birla Temple to assist in a religious ceremony. In the afternoon. enjoy a trip to the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Palace and Jaipur's Bazaar. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Jaipur - Amber - Jaipur
Following breakfast, depart to Amber. Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary excursion in a Jeep to the Amber Fort. Visit the palaces in the ancient capital of Rajasthan. At midday, come back to Jaipur and visit the Astronomy Centre, and the Hawa Mahal. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 5: Jaipur - Ranthambore
After breakfast, depart via the road to Ranthambore National Park. This area was once the private hunting region for the Maharaja Rajasthan, and is full of beautiful animals such as deer, monkeys and wild pigs. All of this is surrounded by magical rivers, woods and lakes. Transfer to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Ranthambore Safari
After breakfast, depart in a special vehicle and enjoy a full day safari around Ranthambore National Park. Look out for the famous Bengal Tigers alongside other amazing animals. Sample a local lunch and then return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Ranthambore - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
After breakfast, depart for Agra. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a forsaken city which was once one of the most important in the country. On arrival in Agra, visit one of the seven wonders of the world - the Taj Mahal. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in honour of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. At sunset, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8: Agra - Delhi
Following breakfast at the hotel, visit the Red Fort, a grand palace which was the residence, and later the prison, of the Emperior Shah Jahan. Afterwards, take a transfer to Delhi. Back in Delhi, check-in to your hotel and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 9: Delhi - Departure
Following breakfast, enjoy a transfer to Delhi's airport for your return flight home.

Entry Requirements 

You must ensure you have a valid passport to travel on. 

You’ll need to get a visa before travelling to India. You can find further information about how to apply on the Indian High Commission website.

India’s Bureau of Immigration has announced that with immediate effect, foreign nationals who arrive at an Indian port holding non-machine readable passports will be denied entry. 

To transit through India you will need a transit visa. You can find more information on the Indian Immigration Bureau website.

All applicants of Pakistani origin who hold dual British-Pakistan nationality must apply for an Indian visa on their Pakistan passport. Those who have either renounced Pakistani nationality or cancelled their Pakistani passport would need to submit documentary proof of this.

If vaccinations or other preventive measures are required, you will need to visit your health professional at least 8 weeks before your trip.


You can take medicines into India as long as you carry the prescription with you. Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances are prohibited. Mosquito-borne diseases like Dengue Fever occur all year round. There’s been an increase in the number of cases of dengue fever, including in New Delhi.


UK health authorities have classified India as having a risk of Zika virus transmission. For information and advice about the risks associated with Zika virus, visit the National Travel Health Network and Centre website.


Cases of Chikungunya Virus have been confirmed in India, including in New Delhi. You should take steps to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.
