Your house is located by the town of Grasse, at the south of the city, in a neighborhood with beautiful farm and country houses surrounded by nature, towards the small village of Opio.
Grasse is five minutes away: you will find a large supermarket and various shops for your daily needs. Grasse is an authentic city with a beautiful city centre you simply must visit. As the world capital of perfumery, don't miss out on the museum of Perfumery and the Fragonard museum.
Around the villa, Opio, Le Rouret, Valbonne, and Châteauneuf-de-Grasse are some of the picturesque villages which offer beautiful walks and very good restaurants. For a true culinary experience, book a table at the Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse, where the chef Jacques Chibois offers delicious and refined dishes. The village of Mougins, a true Provencal jewel, is also renowned for its good restaurants.
For the more athletic, there are no less than four golf courses in a 10-kilometre radius, including the golf course of Opio, 5 minutes away from the house. You are only 20 minutes away from Cannes thanks to the urban motorway Cannes-Grasse: the beaches, the Croisette, and the shops are all yours! The airport of Nice is a 25-kilometre drive away via the motorway.

This offer is based on a 4 Bedroom Villa for up to 8 People on a self-catering stay. A fully equipped kitchen is provided.
The farmhouse is at the end of the lane: there are no passages which allows for total peacefulness, even though the house is only five minutes away from Grasse, in the south of the city. As soon as you step in, the setting is magical: in front of the farmhouse, there is a large lawn with palm trees, a field of olive trees on your left, and a clear view of the surrounding wooded hills, without any obstructions. This lush piece of countryside is all yours.
The pink farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, covered by Virginia creeper, and follows the shape of the land with discreet half-levels. A second structure was added to the original farmhouse, and they are linked via a dry stone patio. You enter the house through this red patio. Thanks to vast wrought iron doors, the patio opens up onto the garden and the pool.
On the ground floor, you will first find an elegant entrance with guests' toilets, and the spacious living room giving onto the main terrace. A dining room and a reading area next to the chimney extend to the living room, with its terra cotta floor and exposed beams. At the back of the living room, you will find a true Provencal kitchen - an extremely welcoming living area - where you will enjoy gathering in front of the wood chimney. It is equipped with top of the range appliances, yet will leave you feeling like you are in a yesteryear farm, thanks to its large stone sink and its old chopping block. It opens up on a lovely shaded terrace, where you will enjoy having lunch.
The three double bedrooms, with a lot of charm, are located on the first floor. One of them has its own shower room and a mezzanine bed, and opens up on the patio. The two others, each on one side of the corridor, overlook the small terrace and share a very pretty pastel-coloured bathroom. The toilets are separate.
The luxurious Master bedroom is on the other side of the patio, and can be accessed via a small stone staircase. It is a very spacious sky-coloured bedroom, with a large balcony overlooking the garden, the pool, and the hills, a double walk-in closet, and a beautiful bathroom with a spa bathtub and a jet shower.
The heart of the house is the large terrace overlooking the garden, with its panoramic view over the hills. Stepping down the staircase, you will land by the pool. With its large pool house and outdoors kitchen, built-in barbecue, shower, and toilets, it is a truly peaceful living area, where you will enjoy listening to the laughter of your children playing in the water and to the song of the cicadas in the olive trees.
We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. The pool is cleaned up every morning. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.
