9-Night Tour
DAY 1 | San José (30 min)
The local representative will receive and assist you at the airport. Private transfer from Juan Santamaría International Airport to your hotel in San José.

DAY 2 | San José - Puerto Viejo (4.5 hrs by road) (Breakfast)
Breakfast is included in the hotel. At the agreed time, check out and depart in a shared transfer to your next destination: Puerto Viejo, Limón.
Tucked away along the long southern Caribbean coast, the beautiful city of Puerto Viejo and its beaches are some of the best in the province of Limón. DAY 3 | Puerto Viejo - Bocas del Toro, Panamá (Breakfast) (4 hrs land and boat)
Breakfast is included in the hotel. At the agreed time, meet a local representative for a shared transfer to Bocas del Toro, via the Sixaola border that divides the countries of Costa Rica and Panama.
After having paid the taxes for leaving Costa Rica and entering Panama, continue to the Almirante area where you will take a boat to reach Bocas del Toro. Upon arrival, make the most of your stay in this beautiful destination.
*Exit taxes from Costa Rica ($9) and entry taxes to Panama ($5) are not included and must be paid in cash when crossing the border between both countries.

Breakfast included at the hotel. Free day to relax, explore at your own pace or take an optional excursion in Bocas del Toro.

DAY 5 | Bocas del Toro, Panamá - Puerto Viejo (Breakfast) (4 hrs land and boat)
Breakfast is included in the hotel. At the agreed time, leave and meet the local representative to take the transfer back to the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Continue by boat to Almirante to take the shared transfer to the Sixaola border and then continue to Puerto Viejo de Limón.
Once you arrive at the hotel, enjoy your time to relax. Around 3pm, the agent from the car rental agency will wait for you at the hotel reception to deliver the rental car. Rest of the day free.

DAY 6 | Puerto Viejo - Arenal (4 hrs by road) (Breakfast)
Breakfast is included in the hotel. At a convenient time, check out and get ready to continue your adventure in Costa Rica. Drive to your next destination, located near La Fortuna de San Carlos, home to the wonderful Arenal Volcano.
This region is considered by many to be one of the most spectacular in the country. Costa Rica is well known as a top adventure destination and the La Fortuna area is famous for the best outdoor experiences you can have. Check in to the hotel and start enjoying the facilities.

Breakfast included at the hotel. Leisure day to explore the Arenal region that offers numerous hiking trails, stunning waterfalls, beautiful vegetation and wildlife and a lot of adrenaline experiences like ziplining, horse riding, white water rafting and much more!

DAY 8 | Arenal - Manuel Antonio (Breakfast)
Breakfast included at the hotel. At the convenient time, check out and drive to your next tropical destination: Manuel Antonio, a small oceanside village. Famous for its national park, this tiny yet bustling town is located off Costa Rica's central Pacific coast.
Upon arrival, get comfortable at your room. The hotel is in Quepos, the main town of the area and close to Manuel Antonio National Park.

DAY 9 | Manuel Antonio (Breakfast)
Breakfast included at the hotel. Enjoy leisure time to explore the area, visit the Manuel Antonio National Park and discover its gorgeous beaches. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area such as ziplining, naturalist guided hikes, kayaking, snorkelling and much more!

DAY 10 | Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast included at the hotel and check out. At a convenient time, drive to the car rental office near the Juan Santamaría International Airport to return the vehicle. Then a shared shuttle will take you to the airport from the car rental office to the airport for your flight home.

11-Night Tour
Choose the 11-night tour for even more time to explore the natural riches of Costa Rica.
You'll have a whole extra day in Bocas del Toro (Day 5), giving you ample time to explore some of the best beaches in Panama.
You'll also benefit from a full day in Puerto Viejo (Day 7). Spend your days lounging on the sand, or go for something altogether more exciting with a hike through the beautiful landscape of Cahuita National Park.
You'll have an included breakfast on both Day 5 and Day 7, in line with the rest of your tour.
13-Night Tour
Live out your Costa Rican adventure dreams to the max by choosing the tour in 13 nights.
Following the same itinerary as the 11-night tour, you'll have an extra day (Day 10) in Arenal. Choose from the optional excursions to embark on a white-water rafting excursion, or explore the region by horseback!
You'll also have an extra day (Day 13) in Manuel Antonio, giving adrenaline-seekers even more opportunity to kayak and snorkel along the beautiful coastline. Take part in a guided hike for your chance to observe the incredible wildlife in Manuel Antonio National Park.

Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, make the most of included car hire with your booking. Please note, you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.
