Opened in the summer of 2013, this colonial style resort occupies and extensive area of natural beauty, with its own private marina and beach area.
The Hotel consists of 5 individual buildings, connected by landscaped areas. The principal building forms the resort's central plaza and in the 4 remaining buildings, there are 143 rooms, ample leisure areas, and swimming pools with terraces and bars.
After exploring Funchal city, located a 30-minute drive away, guests can return to their accommodation and enjoy a relax at the wellness area, a game of tennis or football on the multi-use sports field or a session at the gym.

Your Journey —
Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers: Transfers are not included. The distance/time (by car) between Funchal airport and the hotel is approximately 14km/15 minutes.
Car Hire: Rental of a Group A car is included.
On arrival at the airport, a representative from the car rental company will be there to greet you. They will be holding a board/placard displaying your name and/or Voyage Privé.
You will be escorted to the car rental office which is approximately 2 minutes from the airport (off-site)
Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit.
Local toll fees, fuel and additional insurances are not included.
Collection and drop-off at Funchal Airport. The car must be returned at the same hour as collected to avoid a charge for the an additional day.
Conditions:
- The minimum age of driver is 21 years old and driving license for more than one year
- The driver must present their original driving license, otherwise the lease will not be possible
- The driver is responsible for any breach of the Highway Code
- On 25th December, the car rental company will be closed
