The car must be picked up and returned to Bergen Airport. The return of the vehicle must be made before or at the same time as you rented the first day. If customer arrives later, even a few minutes, an additional day will be charged on the credit card.

Information Required:
We need driver´s name of each reservation, who must have a driving license and a credit card at his/her name that is required for car rental.

Age minimum:
Minimum age is 25 years old

The person named on the reservation booking must be the main driver, present at time of rental and payer of any rental charges.

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW),
- Theft protection (TP),
- TAX,
- Out of hours fee is not included if the car is picked-up when the location is closed.

Out of hours pick-up:
Out of hours pick-up is confirmed with flight number mandatory. However, this service cannot be booked on the Internet. Please contact your Reservation Centre. An additional fee in the amount of NOK 625.00 (including tax) will apply.

Insurance:
DAMAGE WAIVER EXCESS: NOK 8.000,00
THEFT WAIVER EXCESS: NOK 8.000,00
SUPER COVER: Reduces the deductible to 1,500 NOK (10,000 NOK for minivans)

NOTES:
SCDW does not cover any improper use of the vehicle. The following items are not covered:   res, glass, interiors, chassis, loss of keys, fuel contamination.
- In case of an accident due to the renters liability, renter has the obligation to pay to the Vendor a non- refundable fee to cover administration expenses
- Super Cover (SCDW) does not release customer from this fee.

NOTES: The credit card must be under the name of the person who subscribes the rental agreement and
who drives the car

Notes:
- All the accessories or other extras not specifically included in the prepaid reservation will be paid at   me of rental.
- In case of damage it is mandatory to provide to Hertz the Police report, otherwise the coverage provided by CDW/LDW and Super Cover will not be valid.
- Rates updated to 01 November. The amounts of the exemptions and the amounts of the super cover may change at any  time without notice.

Additional driver:
- The price of additional driver is NOK 40,00 (tax included) per day,  and a maximum cost of NOK 560.00 (tax included).
- If it is not already included in the rate selected, the additional driver must be requested and it must be paid on site

NeverLost Navigation System:
NeverLost is available on all vehicle groups for an additional fee of NOK 130.00 (including tax) per day, NOK 910.00 (including tax) per week or NOK 1,000.00 (including tax) per month.

Please note:
-  Out of hours pick-up and delivery/collection are not allowed.
Out of hours return is available - Leave NeverLost in the vehicle or drop box.
-  One-way rentals are not allowed. If the NeverLost is returned to a city different from the pick-up, a
fee of NOK 1,500.00 will be charged.
-  NeverLost is not covered by CDW, TP, PI, Super Cover or any other coverage in the event of loss,
damage or accident. NOK 1,875.00 (including tax) will be charged if the complete unit is lost or stolen.
-  Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members must purchase the NeverLost at the counter. A separate contract
must be signed for the equipment.

You are responsible for returning all the equipment and obtaining a receipt from the rental location.
You must comply with local traffic laws.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
