Day 1 UK – Bergen
Fly from the UK to Bergen and self-transfer to the Clarion Collection Hotel Oleana for 3 nights. Evening buffet dinner served at the hotel.
Day 2 Norway in a Nutshell
Take the train from Bergen to Voss, where a connecting coach transports you to Gudvangen via the breathtaking Stalheimskleiven hairpin road. Continue by ferry on the Aurlandsfjord and Naerøyfjord to Flåm.

Board the famous railway that meanders through the valley past cascading waterfalls and mountain peaks. You return from Myrdal to Bergen via the main Bergen line.
Day 3 - You can choose to do this fantastic option excursion to Hardangerfjord (as per below) or enjoy a day at your leisure. Additional Cost for Hardangerfjord Excursion - £150
Hardangerfjord Excursion
The second longest fjord in Norway is home to fruit farms, the romantic Steindalsfossen and Norway’s largest waterfall, Vøringsfossen.

Start your journey by bus to Norheimsund. Connecting ferries then take you to the sleepy hamlets of Eidfjord and Ulvik before returning by rail via Voss to Bergen.
Day 4 Bergen – UK
Time for some last minute shopping and sightseeing before self-transfer to the airport and your return flight to the UK.

Clarion Collection Hotel Oleana opens its doors on June 1, 2015, a unique hotel gem at the popular Torgalmenningen square in central Bergen. It features 98 hotel rooms and an inviting lobby, bar and restaurant. This classic building dates back to 1926, and has been converted into a beautifully modern hotel with charming original features.

Ideally located, this contemporary hotel is only 0.9 miles from the Aquarium Bergen and a wealth of restaurants, cafés and boutiques are situated just around the corner along the pedestrian square.
Standard Room
Each room here is air-conditioned and will provide you with a desk, a minibar and a seating area. Featuring a bath or shower, the private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Free WiFi and coffee are available to guests.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

The flight inclusive offer(s) shown on this page are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Voyage Privé is acting as agent for Nordic Experience with ATOL number 6558 and your contract is with that company.

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.

Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list and check your Junk mailregularly for your travel documents.
