You will adore the peaceful setting near to the peaks of the Atlas in the enclosure of an orchard of olive and fruit trees and amidst the Berber villages. This idyllic setting makes excursions and picnics in the beautiful surroundings a real treat.
The Kasbah is approximately a 30 minute drive from Marrakech, and you can enjoy guided tours into the city to explore the souks of the medina, the historic monuments of the Red City, its gardens and palaces.

Kasbah Restaurant
Lovers of gourmet food will be at home in this excellent restaurant. Fine Moroccan cuisine, loved throughout the world, is served to guests in impeccable style. Sample famed dishes such as tagine, couscous, tanjia, pastilla and Moroccan pastries.
Along with the main restaurant, delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served throughout the day, and can be enjoyed on the terrace, by the poolside, and in the lounge or restaurant.

There is also a long and varied list of activities for you to enjoy while staying at the Kasbah, including: table tennis and badminton, bowls, water polo, horse riding and quad biking.
There are also a number of workshops where you can learn about baking traditional bread, preparing Moroccan cuisine, vegetable gardening and the Arabic language.
Desert Experience —
Those staying for 7 nights will receive a 3 night 'Desert Experience'.
If arriving into Marrakech in the morning, your itinerary will be as follows:
Night 1 – Kasbah Igoudar
Night 2 – Desert
Night 3 – Desert

Nights 5 to 7 – Kasbah Igoudar
If arriving into Marrakech in the afternoon/evening, your itinerary will be as follows:
Night 1 and 2 – Kasbah Igoudar
Night 3 – Desert

Nights 6 and 7 – Kasbah Igoudar
Pick up at 6am from “Kasbah Igoudar”, travel over the Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2260m) while enjoying superb views of the mountains and of the Berber Villages on the way. Stop for lunch (not included) and tour in the World heritage site of Ait Benhaddou (this famous Kasbah was used as a backdrop for more than 20 films). Pass through Ouarzazate and continue towards the Valley of Roses and the thousand Kasbahs route.
Arrive and night at Dades Gorges in “la Perle du Dades”, the gateway of the desert.
Day 2: from Dades Gorges to Merzouga
Pick up from “La Perde du Dades” in Dades Gorges, drive around the incredible views of desert, tour around Erg Chebbi dunes, 2h30 Camel ride through the Golden sand dunes, stops along for pictures, nice spot for the sunset, dinner, drum party, camp fire, tent overnight at “Bivouac Azawad” (leave the luggage at “Hotel Nasser Palace” before going in the desert).
Day 3 - Return to the “Hotel Nacer Palace” by camels (2h30), breakfast then road to Ouarzazate.
Free afternoon (pool, activities …). Night in Ouarzazate at “Dar Chamaa”.
Day 4: Ouarzazate to Marrakech
Return to “Kasbah Igoudar”.
Meals: Please note that only breakfasts in hotels, and the dinner at the tent the second day of the excursion are included.
In the event that Bivouac Azawad hotel is not available you will be placed in one of a similar standard.
