Your Destination

With the stunning backdrop of Mauritius' iconic Le Morne Brabant Mountain and spectacular sunsets over the open sea, the resort's location offers travellers a tranquil beachfront setting like no other in the world. Hike to the top of the mountain for spectacular views of the island's famous "Underwater Waterfall" - a unique optical illusion, and the only one in the world. The amazing sight is even more impressive if you book a helicopter ride.

The unique conditions on the windward side of the island also allow for a wide range of aquatic activities, including the exhilarating sports of wind and kite surfing in world-class conditions. 

Deep-sea fishing, snorkelling and diving amid fascinating coral reefs-all are within easy reach. The island is also known for spectacular golf courses, two of which are in close proximity to the resort.

Reflecting the decor and personalised service of a private dining room in a colonial home, the Le Manoir Dining Room reveals true traditions of this inspiring island fusing exotic Mauritian flavours with classic French cooking styles. 

Simply India
Simply India is the modern interpretation of authentic Indian cuisine by two Michelin star Indian celebrity chef, Atul Kochhar. Continue a voyage across an ocean-inspired by the profound flavours, spices and colonial setting of this signature restaurant. Tandoori specialities and Goan delicacies will take you back in time to the sub-continent.

The Boathouse Bar & Grill
The Boathouse Grill is an elegant beachside gourmet experience. Vintage champagne will sparkle next to platters of oysters and grilled prawns. You can eat with your feet in the sand and dance into the sunset! The mood in the evening is very elegant and romantic with incredible lighting, showing the restaurant to its best effect. Live music completes the mood at The Boathouse Bar, with the tempo increasing as the DJ starts to play, dinner comes to an end and guests get ready to party. The Boathouse Grill & Bar is located on the beachfront providing fresh juices and fun combination of healthy fruit cocktails during the day and a gathering point to listen to live entertainment and watch the sunset over the ocean at the end of the day.               

The 1904 Bar
Rare and refined, The 1904 Bar brings us to the top of the St. Regis legacy and the original construction of the Manor House. During the day, it remains a quiet haven of relaxation. As day turns to night, the lighting up ceremony by the Chief Butler includes a ritual of champagne sabering and the commencement of light background jazz artists and residential pianist. At night, full flavoured cocktails, decadent bar snacks and live entertainment set the scene as the lifeblood and social hub of the resort. 

Atsuko
Inspired by the waters around the island, Atsuko is synonymous with feelings of calm, serenity and warmth. Under the guidance of the Asian chef, Atsuko presents the modern Far East – Teriyaki, Sashimi, Tempura and Yakitori, fresh seafood, meats and accompanied by fresh hot and cold sake. Dinner will be offered three nights per week. During the week, the restaurant doubles as a Japanese cooking school. 

Floating Market
Reflecting internal strength and wellness, Floating Market is a revolution of South East Asian inspired food. Thai, Malay, Vietnamese dishes combine to infuse evocative aromas, tastes and colours. A premium dining experience nutritionally promoting a Healthy Mind, Body and Spirit, Chi will serve to provide the utmost delectable and beneficial answer to today’s diet concerns.
