Here, in this corner of Cannaregio, it is worth getting lost as you walk about, carried away by the unique beauty of the city and then sitting to rest in one of the numerous bars so popular among Venetians to savour a spritz, a caffè corretto or a glass of prosecco mid-afternoon.
The Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio is very close to the Jewish quarter. From the Residenza Cannaregio you can reach the Ponte Rialto in a 15-minute walk. Piazza San Marco is a 25-minute walk from the residenza, although you can reach it more quickly in a vaporetto or taxi.
The Residenza Cannaregio is perfectly located for you to get to know the majestic islands in the Venice lagoon: Murano glass, the colourful houses on Burano, the faraway Torcello... The vaporetti on the islands set sail from the nearby Sant'Alvise wharf.
