The importance of these artisans has been entrenched in Venice's very history and has helped form its long-established reputation as the manufacturer of exquisite glass works of art.  One just has to say Venetian Glass and it conjures up images of delicately twisted vases and eye-catching colours.

During your excursion, you will get the opportunity to see first-hand the great care that these artisans put into their trade and watch them transform an indistinct lump into a graceful object.
