Begin the day with breakfast in the beautiful Mimmo Jodice room, with its large windows framing beautiful sea views. Fresh juices, sweet pastries, eggs, breads and fruit.
Dinner menus in the Gourmet Restaurant draw on the local flavours, including the abundant produce from the hotel's own gardens. Expect exquisitely fresh seafood, fragrant vegetables and excellent wines. Sit out on the terrace in warmer months and enjoy the beautiful views and romantic atmosphere.
You can also enjoy Club Lounge Service (Snacks and drinks from 10 AM to 9 PM). For that little something sweet or savoury to tide you over between meals, head to the Club Lounge for delicious morsels of freshly baked bite sized cakes, olives, canapes, cheese and nuts. (Selected hours.)
Don't miss a trip to the Wine Cellar - the very same which were used by Emperor Augustus when he owned this ancient villa. The three rooms are full of history and home to about four hundred types of wine from all over Italy. Special attention is aimed to the most important vine areas such as Tuscany, Piedmont, and especially Campania, which is represented by its most typical and prestigious wines. France, the land of the Champagne, is not forgotten, with its great whites such as Chablis and Puligny-Montrachet as well as the great red of Napa Valley in California, the 1997 Opus One.
