Your Hotel —

Check in to the Villa Carlotta, a charming little boutique hotel located in the heart of a lush park, 10 minutes drive away from Ragusa city centre. Enjoy a relaxing break in this authentic yet modern renovated farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century.

Sleep

Settle in to one of the 25 rooms, featuring original architecture to create an authentic and peaceful atmosphere. To help you make the most of your stay, you will be treated to a late check out until 1pm!

- Simple or Double Classic room (30 m² / max 2 persons): Whether you're on your own or planning a romantic break for 2, settle in to a light, elegant and fully equipped Classic room!

- Junior Suite - 3 pax (42 m² / max 3 persons): Featuring a comfortable lounge area and a mezzanine with a king-size bed, this sophisticated and intimate Suite can accommodate up to 3 persons, and offers direct access to the pool.

- Junior Suite - 4 pax (50 m² / max 4 persons): The spacious  and elegant Junior Suites also feature a lounge and a mezzanine bedroom, and can accommodate up to 4 persons.

- Principe Suite (68 m² / max 5 persons): Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, the Principe Suite offers breathtaking views of the park, the pool and the mountains along with exceptional comfort and a Spa bath... For a romantic break!

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

The hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant, La Fenice, serves excellent Italian and Sicilian dishes with beautiful views of the park. Guests can also choose from a selection of 900 national or international wines from the hotel's impressive wine cellar. You will be treated to 10% off your meal (excluding drinks, see terms and conditions upon arrival)!

During the warm season, head to the poolside bar to enjoy a refreshing drink in the sunshine!

Experience

During the warm season, the hotel pool provides the perfect setting for guests to relax under the hot Sicilian sunshine! You can also enjoy a relaxing massage or keep in shape at the hotel gym.

Staff will be happy to organise guided tours led by professionals around the historical district of Val di Noto.

By plane:
- Catania Airport is located approximately 95 km away from the hotel (about 1h15 minutes drive).

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
