One of the most famous lakes in Italy’s Lake District, is Lake Maggiore - quickly simply stunning. Imagine vistas of crystal blue waters shining silky smooth in the sun, set against plummeting alpine mountains and dotted with sleepy cobblestone villages - then you will have some idea of the Italy that will steal your heart.
Sail past the charming stone cottages, balconies resting over the blue lake waters and monasteries clinging to the lake-side rock. Wander through the narrow alleyways of the rustic villages, taste divine Italian ice cream in the secluded gardens or sit beside the lake and marvel at the jaw-dropping views set against the exotic flora.

Your Villa —
This offer is based on a 4 Bedroom Villa for up to 10 Adults on a self-catering stay. A fully equipped kitchen is provided.
The property is set over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a lovely open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped to a high standard with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has a lovely square dining table with chairs for 8 guests. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. The first of these bedrooms is a lovely double room, enjoying doors to the terrace area. There is a chest of drawers in this room. The second is ideal for children with 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping 4 in total. This room has a dressing area and chest of drawers with ample storage space for suitcases. The bathroom on this floor has a large corner bath as well as a separate shower.
Upstairs, there is a wonderful bright and airy living area. For those staying during the Winter months, there is a fireplace, whilst for those staying in the Spring and Summer, doors lead off the living area to a large terrace enjoying stunning views. There is a TV in this room for use with the DVD player. Please note that the TV does not work without the DVD player or without using the HDMI cable for connecting the TV to a laptop. There are also two double bedrooms on this floor, both with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Doors from the master bedroom also lead onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs as well as comfortable loungers.
For those who like to dine outside, there is also a large terrace area on the ground floor of the property with large oval dining table and chairs. There is also a Weber BBQ. Awnings can be lowered to provide shade during hot Summer days.
The gardens are spacious and offer plenty of space for children to play or for adults to enjoy the sunshine. A gardener regularly tends the mature gardens and in the Summer months, it is filled with the scent of the numerous roses and lavender plants that dominate the area immediately surrounding the terrace.

Upon arrival, someone from the agency will be responsible to welcome you and introduce you to the villa by explaining its operation. It will remain at your disposal for any additional requests during your stay. This effective professional team is at your service to make your holiday a real source of pleasure and relaxation.
Please note that we will communicate your contact details to your Host at the end of the offer in order for them to organize your arrival (key exchange, security deposit payment, rental agreement...)
