Around the Hotel
A pleasant scenic walk from your hotel leads to the heart of the historic centre of Ischia, Porto. Along the way you can stop to visit the medieval village of St. Alexander, with its narrow streets and a beautiful church.
Passing through the village you can see Palazzo D'Ambra, one of the oldest buildings in the area. Walking along the harbour you will discover an abundance of waterside restaurants and bars for a relaxed lunch.Nature
Near the hotel lies one of the greatest woods of the island of Ischia: the hill of La Maddalena, with its lush pine trees planted in 800. Cool, even in the height of summer, this is an ideal base to discover Mount Rotaro. Well-designed streets and stairways of stone with wooden fences will take you to the top, where you'll find wooden tables and benches to rest or take a picnic surrounded by nature.Beaches
From the village of St. Alexander you can reach the "Beach of the Englishmen"- a beautiful cove where you can choose between an open access area and a beach equipped with a restaurant on stilts.
Not far away, walking on the shore, you reach the "Bagnitiello beach ", where there is a beneficial source of hot water that rises inshore. A few steps away lies the beautiful Spa Park "Castiglione", a great park with swimming pools of all temperatures, saunas, and two restaurants on the beach.
