Your Hotel —

Between luxury, charm and elegance, discover the Villa La Vedetta 5*, a romantic Neo-Renaissance home constructed in the second half of 19th century. Located near the Piazzale Michelangelo, close to the "Ponte Vecchio", the villa offers an exceptional environment in the heart of a green domain that overlooks the city of Florence and its architectural treasures. It is a truly peaceful haven while being so close to the animation of the city centre.

Sleep

Nestled in the hotel garden, in the middle of a variety of old and different trees hides the The Villa la Vedetta's 18 rooms and suites. In these refined and luxurious spaces you will find a few small gifts, from us, waiting in your room upon your arrival, a bottle of wine as well as basket of fruit (per room, per stay).

- Romantic Room (20 m² / max. 2 persons): Located in the "Little Romantic Villa" the Romantic Rooms boast a sophisticated interior decoration of velvet and silk, marble and mosaics. They have a shower or a whirlpool bath and luxury toiletries from the brand Ortigia are provided for you.

- Grand Deluxe Room (35 m² / max. 2 persons): The Grand Deluxe Rooms are particularly bright thanks to their large windows that look out towards Florence and the gardens. They all have a whirlpool bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of being out and about the city.

- Deluxe Suite (40 m² / max. 3 persons): Decorated with care, the Deluxe Suites combine period furnishings with modern comfort. Some of them have a panoramic view of Florence while others of the gardens.

- Bellavista Suite (70 m² / 4 persons max. of which 2 adults): Distributed on two levels, the Bellavista Suite is the height of luxury and elegance. Its two large windows open toward the city so that you may enjoy the panorama at any given moment.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

If the Villa la Vedetta will be able to charm you, it will certainly also wake up your taste buds in its restaurant which has won multiple awards both nationally and internationally. The setting is intimate and elegant, the service top notch and the menu varied, all of this in a sophisticated atmosphere of grays, creams and ivory tones enhanced by touches of cherry red. The bar will also greet you in its elegant decor, for you to sip on a drink while admiring the city before you, or in case you desire to nibble on something between meals.


Experience

In the azure blue pool, on the terrace that faces the city, or the sauna, take some time out for yourself, to relax and unwind. Do not forget to come out of your cocoon to take in Florence and all the marvellous things it has to offer, it would be unfortunate to miss out on seeing the famous "Duomo", or the "Ponte Vecchio" and the "Medici" chapels or yet still, the "Uffizi Gallery"!

By plane:
-The Florence airport is about 15 km from the hotel, or approximately 30 minutes by car

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
