The Suites of the residence are spacious, bathed in natural light and decorated with taste. Designed to be modern and comfortable, they have been custom furnished, from chairs by Philippe Starck to pieces of furniture embellished by local artists, and teak floors that blend perfectly with the room's warm colours. So make your choice among the 3 cocoons we have available. 

- Junior Suite (50 m² / max. 2 persons): Enter int the universe of this Suite composed of 2 rooms, a living area, kitchen and large bathroom.

- Deluxe Suite (60 m² / max. 3 persons - max. 2 adults): Settle into your Suite, perfectly equipped with a bedroom, dinning room, fully outfitted kitchen, living area with a sleeper sofa and a large bathroom.

- Executive Suite (75 m² / max. 3 persons - max. 2 adults): You will adore your Suite furnished with a double bed, a living area with sleeper sofa an a fully outfitted kitchen. 

To help you get a relaxing start to your holidays, you can take advantage of a free grocery delivery service, you just need to let us know what you need or want and we'll have it for you at Reception before you arrive.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

N.B. Please take note of the establishment's opening hours before or when planning your travel. Reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm. During closing times, Sundays and major holidays we are always available for arrivals and for assisting guests via mobile.

In order that your stay starts out in the best possible conditions, the day of your arrival, a delicious breakfast will be served to you.
Perfectly equipped, the kitchenette in your Suite will permit you to organize your meals as you wish. Next door to the residence, discover the savours of the Robiglio Cafe, ideal for tasting delicious local pastries before heading out to stroll the streets of Florence.  Italy is a gastronomic paradise, do not miss out on the region's key specialties such as Tuscan bread, raisin focaccioa and la bistecca which will delight your taste buds.

Experience

So that you do not miss out on the important things to see in Florence, the residence proposes guided visits of the city which will allow you to discover symbolic streets, local handicraft shops, markets and historical anecdotes. To do so, why not head out into main throughways of the city in a different manner thanks to the residences' service of bicycle, Segway and scooter rentals.  For those passionate about flavours, the residence also proposes private cooking classes in your Suite or in small groups as well as wine tasting in the heart of the region's wineries.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

-The Pisa airport is about 1 hour away by car

By train:
-The Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station is 11 minutes away

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
