The Regency 5* Hotel is a charming and captivating establishment. As its name suggests, the hotel shares with its guests the unique style of Regency period, between luxury, elegance and refinement. Built in the second half of the 19th century by joining two aristocratic mansions, the hotel will show you its incredible past and make your stay in Florence unforgettable.Upon arrival, a welcome drink will be offered for you to enjoy (one drink per person per stay).

Sleep

Each of the 32 rooms and suites at the Regency Hotel reflects the elegance of the Renaissance style and the charm of a Florentine villa while offering absolute comfort.

- Classic Single or Double Room (20-25 m² / max 1 or 2 persons): Whether you are alone or accompanied, let yourself be enveloped by the comfort and refinement of the Classic Room.

- Superior Room (26 m² / max 2 persons): The Superior Rooms in Florentine style offer elegant spaces and views of Piazza d'Azeglio or the private garden: a perfect space for a romantic escape in Florence.

- Deluxe Double Room (30 m² / max 3 persons including 2 adults): Located in the main building, the Deluxe Rooms overlook the park, Massimo d'Azeglio square or the hotel's private garden.

- Junior Suite (35 m² / max 3 persons): The Junior Suites have a separate seating area for incomparable comfort and are decorated with antique mirrors and romantic floral wallpaper.

- Suite (35 m² / max 3 persons): Treat yourself to the unique luxury of the Suite and discover a supremely refined space you will not soon forget.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

It is said that the secret to Tuscan cuisine lies in its simplicity: come and discover the simple pleasures of local Tuscan food, prepared by the chef of the Relais Le Jardin restaurant. Home-made pasta, truffles, cèpes...an array of flavours await you for your lunches and dinners. Enjoy a 15% discount on food (excluding drinks)!
And to start each day, head to the hotel's buffet breakfast consisting of freshly baked breads, home-made croissants, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and eggs prepared at your convenience, accompanied by freshly pressed orange juice and an Italian coffee.

Access —

By plane:
-Florence Airport is about 10km from the hotel, about 25 minutes by car or 30 minutes by shuttle.

Return transfers between the airport and the hotel are not included in the hotel offers but you can select them as an option with supplement when making your reservation.

Important information about transfers:
In order to organise your airport transfers, please communicate your flight schedules within 48 hours of your reservation by completing the dedicated form in your member account. Without this information, your transfers cannot be made.
Please note: Transfers apply only to Florence Airport.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
