Sardinia is often love at first sight to its new visitors and for good reason. Imagine sheer craggy-cliffs plummeting into deep emerald waters below, strewn with magnificent flowers and cradled by powdery sands below...this is the exquisite island of Sardinia.  Just off the Italian coast, it has mountains to climb, delicious agriturismi in which to dine and alluring hidden bays to discover. At times it is hard to believe that the sand really is that white and the sea really is that blue.

A small, medieval town in northern Sardinia, Alghero is famed for its Catalan history, amazing cuisine and pretty beaches. Ruled by the Spanish for over 300 years, the town is still heavily influenced by its past, with everything from the architecture, to the food and even local dialect drawing heavily on Catalan influences. In the historic centre, Barcelonetta, you will find winding alleyways, cafe-lined piazzas and local craft shops. Don't leave without trying the divine local dish of Catalan lobster!

A 30 minute drive will bring you to Cape Caccia and the Speranza beach. In the opposite direction, the coastal road leading to Bosa offers a panoramic trip amidst seascapes and unspoilt nature. Why not hire a car and take a roadtrip?

Classic Room

The Classic Rooms are quintessentially Italian with Warm tiled floors, ceilings embellished with wooden beams and large windows overlooking the courtyard. They can be accessed via the hotel's courtyard, making this room feel less like a hotel room and more like a secluded hideaway.

Superior Room

The Superior Rooms are located on the courtyard's mezzanine. Each room features large windows which flood the room in light as well as offering a mesmerising view over the hotel's pool and the valley beyond. Another highlight is the room's bathroom which is embellished with mosaics.

This offer is based on a Bed and Breakfast stay. 

Each morning our guests will be invited to a delicious breakfast by the hotel's pool, setting them up for a day of exploration or relaxation!

The hotel's restaurant prides itself on creating mouth-watering dishes with local produce. The island celebrates its own unique take on its neighbouring Italian cuisine, with distinct and delicious versions of pasta, bread and dolci. A particular highlight is Sardinia's wines and cheeses.

This hotel features a wellness area where you can unwind with the help of facilities such as a hydromassage tub, sauna, steam cave, chromotherapy shower and massage room. Those who want something a little more active there is a whole host of activities including horse-riding through lush landscapes, canoeing along dramatic coastline or simply exploring the surrounding area by foot.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
