Pool Deck – No need to leave the serenity of the pool, a wide range of dishes are available to enjoy by the pool, including a selection of light and healthy options.

The Galaxy Hotel offers the largest fresh-water swimming pool in Iraklio, complete with a wooden deck and decorated by marble and natural stone.  There are relaxing lounge chairs, fluffy pure cotton towers and poolside snacks that contribute to serenity of this pool oasis.

The complimentary gym features state-of-the art Nautilus and Bowflex fitness equipment, while the Wellness Club offers a soothing steam bath and professional massage service.  At the Galaxy, you can also enjoy a soothing Hamam in an all-marble steam bath with in-room shower for total relaxation and stimulation, as well as professional massage services in a private area, administered by trained physical therapists and beauty experts…and all of this on a 24-hour basis.

In addition, Galaxy Hotel guests receive premium access to The Crete Golf Club, an 18-hole course set in a truly memorable and authentic environment.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included.  The journey is 5.2km and will take 7 minutes.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in. If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier. Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
