The dedicated room service team are also fundamental to The Elbsuite's success as 5 star dishes from Champagne risotto to hearty breakfasts can be enjoyed by guests from the comfort of their beds.

Seven Seas
Upon entering a world of indulgence on the Süllberg, the Gourmet restaurant Seven Seas is an undisputed centerpiece. Here, star chef and host Karlheinz Hauser, together with his highly qualified team, celebrates the highest level of dining and cooking culture. Awarded its second Michelin star in November 2012, a visit here is an unforgettable experience and surely cannot be missed. Within the restaurant itself, fine furnishings and curtains adorned with gold make for a spectacular first reaction. However, upon glancing out of the window, the restaurant is only further enhanced by views of the rolling hills in Blankenese and the glittering water below. A visit here will only stand as further testament as to why so many say Hamburg is the gateway to the world.

Deck 7
At Deck 7, relaxed and informal dining paired with top quality fresh ingredients is key. Discreet lighting and Zen-Buddhism inspired accessories create an unrivaled atmosphere of elegant comfort and focus is heavily laid on the exclusive menu and company between guests. Although this is where complimentary breakfast will be held, classic, fresh, Italian cuisine is also on offer throughout the day. You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
