There are a selection for hot and cold dishes available in the buffet restaurant for your evening meal and for that special night there is always the option of dining in the very smart and stylish Flamingo a la carte restaurant.

For that refreshing after dinner drink you can lounge in the inviting lobby bar and reception area, or sit outside in the balmy Gambian air under the clear star-studded sky at the Terrace Bar whist listening to soft music or watching a performance of traditional Gambian dancers as they move to the hypnotic sound of the rhythmic African drums.

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

Your Contract —

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.

Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list and check your Junk mailregularly for your travel documents.
