Because of its rich cultural heritage, the whole of the city centre has been listed a UNESCO World Heritage site. The history, lifestyle and gastronomy of Strasbourg definitely make the city worth a visit.

Your Hotel —

Located in the heart of the historic district of La Petite France, the Best Western Hotel de l'Europe is ideally located close to Strasbourg's unmissable sites, like the Notre Dame cathedral and Place Kéber. Housed in a 15th century building which used to be a coaching inn, this 4* establishment combines rural architecture and modern minimalist design, and is the perfect place for discovering the capital of Europe.

Sleep

All of the peaceful rooms boast a traditional Alsace style decor.

- Standard Twin or Double Room (15 m² / max 2 persons): Relax in one of these cosy and comfortable rooms, which are the ideal place to re-energise after a long day's sightseeing.

- Superior Twin,Double or Triple Room (18 m² / max 2 - 3  persons): You will love the minimalist decor in the comfortable Superior Rooms.

- Deluxe Twin or Double Room (22 m² / max 2 persons): Fall in love with the exposed beams and wooden furniture which give these spacious rooms their unique character. Each room also features a minibar.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, you will be staying close to the shopping streets of the city centre where you can discover the best of Strasbourg cuisine. Every evening between 6pm and 8pm, you can enjoy a delicious Kougelhof with a glass of white Alsatian wine at the hotel bar.

For the perfect start to your first day in the city, you will be treated to a complimentary buffet breakfast for two (per room and per stay).

The hotel's ideal location in the historic district of the city is within easy reach of the main monuments and attractions. The hotel staff will be happy to recommend places to visit and events taking place, to make your stay in Alsace unforgettable.

By train :
Strasbourg SNCF train station is located approximately 1 km away from the hotel.

By plane :
If you book a flight through our website, you will be arriving at Strasbourg Airport, which is located approximately 15 km / 28 minutes away from the hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
