Eating & Drinking - The Amadeus Symphony has an elegant restaurant, with panoramic windows, which offers open seating and is large enough to accommodate all guests within one sitting. The onboard chefs will prepare a selection of fresh regional and international dishes which will please the most discerning of guests.
For the early risers, breakfast will be served in the restaurant, and includes freshly brewed coffee and tea, a selection of yoghurts, cereals, fresh juices, freshly baked breads, pastries, cold cuts and cheeses. Hot options vary from day to day but tend to include eggs, bacon and sausages. The chef will also prepare omelettes and fried eggs to order and upon request. Lunch is typically buffet-style and waiter served (depending on the course) and includes salads, soups and a selection of substantial main courses, or lighter fish and sandwich options, followed by a wide choice of desserts, the most popular being the home made cakes and tarts.
Afternoon tea is served in the lounge and dinner will be a four course menu, featuring regional specialities. Complimentary red and white European wines are served with dinner, and a gala dinner will round off your memorable dining experience on your last evening. Nightly musical entertainment is hosted in the Panorama Bar. All meals are taken in a single, open-seating panoramic restaurant where continental cuisine is enhanced with local flavours.
