This offer is based on a bed & breakfast stay.
The area of Provence, the land of sun, is a place where colours, flavours and textures abound and all come together in unison to the delight of the palate. The sensual and authentic cuisine is made from fresh products enhanced with the herbs of the hills and with melodious names (thyme, oregano, savoury, rosemary, fennel and farigoulette) used in embellishment of their fish and seafood products, pasture-fed lamb, mountain game, goat’s milk cheese and an infinite selection of vegetables.
Specialities include soupe au pistou (vegetable soup with basil and garlic), daube provencale (meat stew), anchoiade (anchovy paste), piperade (pepper and tomato omelette), tapenade (olive paste), pieds-paquets (lamb feet), calissons (marzipan sweets) and oil pumps.
The gourmet restaurant at La Magnaneraie hosts food lovers and gourmets in two air conditioned dining rooms with large bay windows facing the magnificent interior garden and terrace. Over and above the wonderful setting, the menu is refined and offers cuisine of Provencal influence with dishes made from fresh market and regional products.
The restaurant is open from 12.00 to 1.30pm and from 7:30 to 9:30pm except all day Wednesday, Saturday lunchtime and Sunday evenings.
