Look up Copenhagen and chances are that the vibrantly coloured houses of Nyhavn Canal will come up, these brightly coloured, rickety warehouses are so pretty that they have become a symbol of the city.  Within 2 of these (1 red, 1 yellow) is your beautifully renovated hotel where avant-garde artwork adorn the walls and gnarly old beams have been preserved in all their splendour!

No shortage of character here – the hotel is made up of two 19th-century warehouses (one red, one yellow), now conjoined and converted into a handsome boutique hotel, where big old rustic beams of Pomeranian pine sit side by side with contemporary Danish design influences.

By public transport:
Your hotel is approximately 10min / 700m from Kongens Nytorv metro station which is on the lines M1 & M2.

By plane:
The transfer time / distance between Copenhagen Airport & your hotel is approximately is 25min / 15.5km by car.

If you wish to travel to your hotel via public transport you can take the M2 line to Kongens Nytorv metro station, from here you hotel is approximately 10min away.  The trip takes approximately 25min.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
