Your Destination —

You will be located near the town of Playa Blanca, meaning "White Beach", in the south of the island of Lanzarote. There is a beach in the centre, as well as two within easy walking distance to the east (Playa Dorada) and to the west (Playa Flamingo), each with their own unique aspects so you're sure to find something suited to you.

Head to Calle Limones, Playa Blanca's main shopping street, for a small bite to eat or to pick up some charming souvenirs.

Timanfaya National Park is a must for any visitor because of its unique Martian-like landscape and rare plant species. Experience amazing volcanoes and hot temperatues - just a few metres below the surface, temperatures reach between 400°C and 600°C!

Your Time —

The expansive swimming pool winds throughout the hotel grounds, decorated with bridges and lined with relaxing sun loungers and lush greenery, making it a great environment to soak up some sun. There is also a children's swimming pool, which is heated in winter.

Alternatively, show off your competitive streak on the tennis courts, or have a relaxing game of mini golf with your family and friends.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are included for members booking a flight inclusive package.  The transfer distance is approximately 28km.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
