Our Offer —
This small group tour (max size 35) ensures you get a really in depth, personal experience. With the help of an expert guide, you will unearth local markets, vineyards and restaurants in some of the region's most beautiful locations including historic Lucca and Vinci. Hands-on experiences include a cooking class and wine tasting, and we've also included some cultural visits such as the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum.

Your Itinerary —
Meals on tour – 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 7 dinners.
DAY 1 : UK - Pisa - Montecatini.
Flying into Pisa, you’ll board the transfer to your hotel in Montecatini, where an included welcome dinner will be served.
DAY 2 : Montecatini - Vinci - Montecatini.
You’ll make your way to Vinci to visit the museum dedicated to the works of the town’s famous son, Leonardo Da Vinci. After visiting a local bakery, lunch like a local, on wine, cheese and cold cuts, with an included olive oil tasting experience in the Chianti Montalbano area. Still have room for dessert? Luckily a visit to a chocolate factory follows, where you’ll have a chance to taste the delicious wares. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 3 : Montecatini - Chianti Valley - Montecatini.
Find out more about Italy's rich food heritage, with a visit to a traditional Italian butcher's shop in Greve. A lunch of cold cuts is served in the local wine shop. Visit one of the old Tuscan farmhouses known for it's Chianti production, before returning to Montecatini and your hotel for the evening. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 4 : Montecatini - Lucca - Montecatini.
During a visit to the Renaissance walled town of Lucca, you’ll explore the Palazzo Mansi National Museum. Take a guided walking tour of the cobbled streets and café-lined piazzas, with a café-crawl brunch. A guided tour then leads you around the lush gardens and grand arched ceilings of Palazzo Pfanner. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 5 : Montecatini - Pistoia - Montecatini.
Uncover the hidden gem of Pistoia, taking a tour of the pretty town centre with a local guide. Wander from café to restaurant to trattoria tasting local specialities for lunch. The focus remains firmly fixed on food when you get back to the hotel in Montecatini, where you’ll enjoy a cooking class showcasing cakes and desserts. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 6 : Montecatini.
You’ll start today by sourcing fresh ingredients on a guided visit to a local Montecatini market, in preparation for your cooking lesson. Explore the farm and orchard after settling in with a welcome drink. You’ll stay at the farm for dinner this evening, with a prize going to the best team of master chefs from the cooking. DAY 7 : Montecatini - Bolgheri - Montecatini.
Spend some free time visiting the medieval town of Bolgheri, and enjoy a scenic drive passing by some of Tuscany's top wineries. You'll visit a cellar in the Castagneto Carducci area followed by lunch based on traditional recipes in the village's local restaurant. There's a chance to say goodbye to everyone during a dinner at the hotel this evening. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 8 : Montecatini - Pisa - UK.
Transfer to the airport in Pisa for your return flight to the UK. Includes Breakfast
