There is a bus stop around the corner from your hotel which goes to San Antonio, or you could take a water taxi there or walk (30 minutes) if you fancy a taste of the legendary bars and clubs.

The boat trip can be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee. Take a boat, less than one hour, to the beautiful island of Formentera. Stay during the day and see the gorgeous beaches and do some island shopping.

You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

By default you will pick up your rental car at the airport.

In case you prefer to pick it up at the hotel, you must notify mipedido@voyageprive.com at least one week before the start of your trip, or we can not guarantee your car rental.

If you book to travel less than a week in advance, you must call us at 902345080 (we can not guarantee your car rental if the management is by email).

Remember that if you do not contact us, you must pick up your rental car at the airport upon arrival.

The delivery will be at the airport starting at 08:00. The meeting point is the B15 / B16 square of the airport parking lot (it is only about 100 meters from the airport exit, behind the payment machines). From there the take to the office, which is 1 minute from the airport, to make the contract.

If requested before 08:00 hours after 9:00 pm there will be a supplement at the destination (€ 35 in each case, subject to variations).

The name of the company is AVANTCAR.

The documentation that is needed is the driving license, the DNI and a credit card.

The bail deposit is 800 €.

The car rental will be as many days as nights of stay (exact periods of 24 hours). For example 3 nights: 72 hours.

If your order does not include flights, please send a message to mipedido@voyageprive.com your flight details. If you book to travel less than a week in advance, you must call us at 902345080 to provide this information (we can not guarantee your car rental).

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
