Led by head chef Jamie Hopkins, a team of skilled chefs expertly prepare delicious offerings made with seasonal and local produce. Tuck into hearty classics like spicy Cumberland sausage, Morecambe Bay potted shrimps or feast on local asparagus and Cumbrian cheeses and chutneys. For an extra special occasion or just if you fancy a bit of indulgence, there is now a brand new seven-course taster menu. Make the most of British summertime and head out to the garden terrace for al fresco dining or eat in and enjoy beautiful views over carefully landscaped gardens.
