More than two months before arrival: 15% of the amount
Between 1 and 2 months before arrival: 50% of the amount
Less than one month before arrival: 100 % of the amount

Upon arrival, someone from the agency will be responsible to welcome you and introduce you to the villa by explaining its operation.
