We are sorry to hear that you need to cancel your booking. As cancellation fees increase the closer you get to departure it's always best to cancel as soon as you possible. To go ahead and cancel please go to your Voyage Privé Account, click on Bookings, and then Cancel my Booking where you can see if a refund is due back before proceeding with the cancellation.

You can also check our Terms and Conditions to review the applicable cancellation charges. For any bookings provided by a Tour Operator, different charges will apply and for some special flash sales higher cancellation fees may apply and these will override all other cancellation conditions.
