The pristine beaches of Marina di Ragusa, Scoglitti, Sampieri, Punta Secca and nature reserves help to create a destination of great natural and environmental interest. The restaurant surprises guests thanks to the romantic atmosphere of its terrace, from which it is possible to admire the sunset on the countryside of Ragusa, and indoor space, intimate and exclusive. The Sicilian tradition, combined to innovation in a harmonious whole, is a balance between selection, quality and reinterpretation of the local cuisine. The tasting menu “à la Carte”, together with a selection of wines and spirits, food and wine offer a timeless experience.

Start the day with a large and rich breakfast buffet, to be enjoyed in the main dining room or the two terraces. The energy to face the daily activities is provided by genuine products thanks to the perfect fusion of different cultures and international flavours. Fruit, savoury and sweet food, also for coeliacs, are accompanied by coffee,milk, tea, juices and yogurt.
19th Hole - Club House
The “Club House” Restaurant gives moments of refreshment after a fought Golf match. Set in a charming and relaxing landscape, it offers typical dishes made by genuine ingredients. The rich lunch buffet and the menu with the daily chef suggestions, together with evening proposals, include simple, wholesome and delicious dishes. Wines and beers are proposed to enhance the flavours and freshness of the ingredients.

For the local cuisine lovers, this is the ideal place to taste traditional dishes. The friendly atmosphere, the two terraces and excellent service allow you to spend a pleasant evening in a romantic and casual place, tasting traditional Sicilian food and delicious pizzas.
Surf ‘n’ Turf · Grill Terrace
Located directly on the charming terrace with a view on the golf courses, it mainly offers dishes cooked at sight on the grill. Summer evenings on the Grill Terrace are relaxing, pleasant and grant a pleasure that only grill cooked food can give. Meat and fish are the delight culinary stars and guests can match every dish with the most appropriate wines and beers.
Wine Bar
The Donnafugata Golf Resort’s wine bar features the unique atmosphere of the original “Palmento”. Incorporating history and tradition, the wine bar is a perfect place to sample a variety of wines. As an aperitif, accompany the wine of your choice with bruschetta (toasted bread with tomatoes) or one of the local specialities available, enjoying a lovely view from the “Sunset terrace”.
Night Bar
The ideal place to enjoy a unique cocktail made by professional bartenders or have a relaxing time after dinner. Located in the enchanting “Corte Antica”, the external environment enriches the stylistic choice of the inside rooms.
Sunset Terrace Bar
Directly overlooking the Golf courses, the "Sunset Terrace Bar" offers a unique setting to admire the sunset and the surrounding countryside.
Lobby Bar
The “Lobby Bar” offers a warm and refined environment, particularly pleasant in the winter, where it is lovely to enjoy a cocktail with friends, a fine Sicilian wine or craft beer.
Pool Bar
The “Pool Bar” gives to its guests a full menu made up of refreshing beverages, fruit, ice cream and sandwiches to enjoy a snack at the pool and a selection of aperitifs and cocktail.

The resort spa also houses a fitness centre for the sports-minded with relaxing saunas, an indoor heated pool and jet showers.
For lovers of golf, the resort has two-18 hole championship courses and a practice range with 70 stations. There is also a Golf Academy with a video system, putting green. The golf house and restaurant overlooks the golf facilities with changing rooms, golf carts storage and a pro-shop.

During these months, the hotel operates a free shuttle service to a nearby beach which operates at scheduled times. At the beach, you will find free sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels, as well as a bar service on-site.
