You are reminded that any amendment to your booking (with the exception of departure date) requested by you before departure will incur the following charges:
More than 30 days before departure: £16 per person
Between 30 and 21 days before departure: £40 per person
Between 20 and 8 days before departure: £77 per person
Less than 7 days before departure: £100 per person
These charges will be added to any costs charged by the supplier of which you will be informed before the alteration is made.
Note:
- An alteration of the departure date will result in the booking being cancelled. Consequently, such an alteration will involve the payment of cancellation charges as referred to in clause 12.
- Any alteration affecting a scheduled flight requested less than 8 days before departure usually requires the payment of 100% of the ticket price by way of cancellation charges together with the purchase of a replacement flight at the then applicable cost.
- A ticket for a show or any leisure activity cannot be sold back or exchanged except in the case of cancellation of the show or a decision, by the organiser, to refund the tickets. Generally, it is not possible to change the date of your reservation in order to see the show on a different date. Whatever the circumstances such requests will be reviewed at the discretion of the organiser. In all cases cancellations of reservations for shows will result in cancellation charges of 100% of the cost and there can be no refund.

You are reminded that if you choose to cancel your booking before you travel, you will incur the following charges:
For cancellations received:
- up to 30 days before departure = 30% of the holiday price
- between 30 and 16 days before departure = 55 % of the holiday price
- between 15 and 7 days before departure = 75% of the holiday price
- less than 7 days before departure = 100% of the holiday price
- non-arrival or late arrival at the start point of the services = 100% of the holiday price.
Please note: for any amendment, assignment or cancellation of a dynamically packaged holiday (which includes flights and hotel), you will be charged the full value of the tickets booked. For all holiday types: you will be charged 100% of the total value of any booking fees and insurance premiums in the event of cancellation.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes certain elements of your trip may not turn out as expected. In the case of a complaint, please write to us at the following address: Voyage Privé UK, Customer Services, 32-34 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 8JB.
Please enclose any supporting documents (including photos, statements, bills) with your letter which may help us resolve your request without delay. We aim to reply within 4 weeks from receipt of your letter. If you don't have any supporting documents to send, then you may use this form to contact us.

Your travel documents will be emailed to you, with notification to collect your tickets from the airport (if appropriate), along with an accommodation voucher, at the earliest opportunity. You should print these documents and take them to the airport on the day of departure.
It is possible that flight times may be changed even after tickets have been despatched. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
